We never thought we’d buy a brand new vehicle but we ended up buying our new Ford expedition max from this dealership and our experience was very nice and smooth. I was greeted by Dion who is very nice and let me test drive the only expedition max they had, and it turned out to be the exact one that I was looking for and the price was very competitive. My husband and I were really hesitant to go to a dealership since online buying seems to be a lot easier these days, however I wanted to make sure I liked the new expedition max in the way that it drove so I went there to do a test drive. So to not have tie to put my car through the wash rack but to have time to text gives the wrong impression. The last last image was a struggle to get the car put through the wash rack when the customer before me didn't have to. As when I first pulled in both were on there phones texting. But the 2 people who perform this job of greeting you and giving you your car need some retraining. As he walked away, "I asked, are you not going to put it through" He said, "I will". He said, "If I did that to all of the cars I wouldn't have time" I said, "the other person put the car in front of mine through it" He said, "You have to ask". So, I asked the person who pulled it up are you going to put it through the wash rack. So, I was like great, mine will be washed as well. But yesterday when I was waiting for my car the person waiting before me got there car and it was washed. The past 3 oil changes they did not (maybe it was down). However, Usually they always put your car through the wash rack. ![]() But prior to last year I have always had good service. ![]() I have been going there for oil changes even though there is a closer dealership in my town.
